NSX Valve Cover Baffle Plates

Stainless steel and finned baffles to replace the fragile OEM valve cover plates.

Prevents excessive oil blow by that ends up in the intake. 

Replaces the OEM baffle that is easily damaged when removed for valve cover refinishing (powder coating).

Problem:

The OEM baffles are thin and delicate.

They need to be removed in order to properly refinish old and flaking valve covers. Unfortunately removal often results in damage and deforming.

They also do not have any finned features to reduce oil blow by into the intake. This can result in dirty air filters and unwanted oil consumption.

Solution:

Our finned baffles are made of robust stainless steel and can be installed and removed without damage. 

A series of specifically placed fins keep the oil where it needs to be (in your engine) by creating path obstacles. 

Testing has a shown a dramatic reduction in blow by.

Less oil consumption, less air filter oil contamination, and no more trying to reuse damaged OEM plates.
