Refund policy

At HCE Performance, we take pride in designing premium products for specialty performance vehicles. If something is not right with your order, we will work to make it right.

We ask that customers review the policy below before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition
  • Include all original hardware, packaging, instructions, and accessories
  • Be free from scratches, wear, damage, installation marks, fluids, or modification

Products that have been installed, test-fitted, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Due to the nature of specialty vehicle components, once a part has been installed, it is considered used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale unless found to have a verified manufacturing defect:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Limited-production or special-order items
  • Electrical components once installed
  • Digital products or downloadable files
  • Clearance or discounted items marked Final Sale
  • Parts that have been painted, coated, modified, machined, or altered after delivery
  • Vehicle Compatibility & Fitment

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

If you are unsure whether a product fits your vehicle or configuration, please contact us prior to ordering.

Many HCE products are engineered for specialty performance vehicles, including modified applications. Vehicle modifications, aftermarket components, prior repairs, age-related chassis variance, and non-OEM tolerances may influence fitment.

Fitment concerns related to unrelated vehicle modifications or incompatible aftermarket components are not considered product defects.

International Orders, Duties & Customs Fees

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in product or shipping costs and are determined by local customs authorities.

If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer remains responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs, brokerage, or carrier fees charged back to HCE Performance

These amounts will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless:

  • An incorrect item was shipped by HCE Performance
  • The product arrived damaged
  • A verified manufacturing defect exists
  • We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for returns. HCE Performance is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the item and any damage or issue

Failure to report shipping-related issues promptly may impact claim eligibility.

Return Authorization Required

Please contact HCE Performance before sending back any item.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Approved returns will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once received, returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds may be reduced or denied for:

  • Missing components or hardware
  • Damaged or incomplete packaging
  • Signs of installation, use, or modification
  • Fees incurred from refused international shipments

Warranty & Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

We may request photos, installation information, or return of the product for inspection before determining eligibility for replacement or warranty support.
